TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Contracting party

The following terms and conditions apply between the customer and Kuljetuspalvelu Adryan, Sallatunturintie 1, 00970 Helsinki, Business ID: 3151411-9 (hereinafter the rental company) and (hereinafter the customer)

2. Service booking terms

In bookings, the customer undertakes to be at the agreed time to complete the agreed service in accordance with the booking. ​If the customer exceeds the rental period by 5 minutes or more, we will charge the customer for next hour, i.e. one hour.​ The moving company has the right not to complete the service if it turns out that the customer is not capable of paying the agreed rate in accordance with the conditions. 

3. Rental period

 The rental period will be invoiced according to the booked time, and the customer will not be refunded, even if the customer empties the car before the end of the rental period. An extension of the rental period during the rental period requires that the vehicle is available. The booking extension will be charged according to the price list as if it were a separate new booking. The driver must always be notified of the extension of the rental period in good time. If customer has booked 1h and customer wants to extend the hour by using another customers hour, they are obliged to pay double the price. When booking the van with driver for more than 2h the customer has to pay a reservation fee minimum of 20€ to confirm the booking, which will later be subtracted from the agreed price. If service is cancelled the booking fee will not be refunded.

4. Customers liability

The customer is obliged to compensate for any damage to the vehicle and its equipment during the rental period, as well as the costs incurred during the vehicle's downtime.​ The Rental Company invoices the customer for the repair costs according to the repair cost calculation of the repair shop selected by the Rental Company and for the downtime in accordance with the valid price list.

The maximum liability for the above costs is € 1,800 per claim. Reduction of the maximum liability to € 900 per claim is possible at an additional cost € 25.

5. Lost and found

The rental company is not responsible for the property left in the car. However, lost property can be inquired by email at ​adryantravels@gmail.com​.

6. In cases of damage

In case of damage and theft, the customer must immediately contact the rental staff.

7. Payment

Payment has to be made before emptying the vehicle :)
 
The payment instruments accepted by the rental company are the options provided by the payment service provider in use. The Rental Company has the right to demand a security deposit from the customer before the arrival of the vehicle, on the basis of which the Rental Company has the right to invoice all undisputed payments based on this agreement.

8. Payment service provider

Payment service provider for van rental:
The payment methods are cash, MobilePay or bank transfer.

9. Making a reservation, cancellation policy and informing the customer

Reservations are made either by email (adryantravels@gmail.com) or by phone (045 23 00 454). The customer will receive either an e-mail or SMS confirmation of the booking. The reservation can be paid in advance or at the latest when the vehicle has arrived at the destination.

10. Value-added tax

All amounts stated in these price lists include VAT that is valid.
